• Reserve a PARA Waterfront Festival Outdoor booth located on Millennium Square (limited space available, based on first come first served basis, festival is located at the bottom of Liverpool Road)

• On-site exposure to approx. 1000+ festival attendees per hour and other local waterfront visitors.

• Vendor listing on para-rescue.org & in Event Program

Applications must include full payment details. If paying by cheque, the cheque must accompany the Application and be made payable to Pickering Auxiliary Rescue Association. Payments will be processed/deposited on the day of acceptance.

 

• Please submit photos of your products with your application (to be used for marketing purposes).

• PARA Waterfront Festival will make an effort to limit specific vendor services. However, there is no guarantee of exclusivity. 

• Space is provided on a first come first served basis.

 

You will be required to supply proof of insurance upon acceptance of your application, naming The City of Pickering & Pickering Auxiliary Rescue Association, as additional companies insured.

PLEASE NOTE:

• All applications & fees must be received no later than Friday, July 26, 2019 or additional charges may apply.

• A completed application does not guarantee a vendor space. PARA Waterfront Festival will notify applicants of their status no later than Friday, August 2, 2019.
